Core Belief Studio was born from a passion for empowering people. Led by Yusra — a dedicated Pilates instructor with a warm, friendly approach — our studio combines expert guidance with a supportive, welcoming environment.

We're based at The Trampery on the Gantry in Hackney Wick / Stratford, a space that reflects the energy and diversity of East London.

Being part of this community matters to us — we're here for the professionals, creatives, and residents who call this part of East London home. Our east-facing windows bring in natural morning light that shifts throughout the day, creating a calm, grounded atmosphere.

See how our boutique reformer Pilates studio has been created

Come see our East London Pilates studio now that it’s up and running (after much hard work!). True to Yusra’s motto — if something’s worth doing, it’s worth doing well (with a little help from family and special friends)! Every detail is coming together with hands-on care, laughter, and a few shared cups of coffee along the way.

The energy in the space is a reflection of everyone who’s pitched in, making it feel even more special and welcoming.

And meet Banksy, our unofficial studio mascot. You’ll often spot him snuggling in his corner, bringing his own brand of love and support to the space. Whether he’s quietly supervising the action or greeting visitors with a gentle nuzzle, Banksy adds an extra layer of warmth and comfort to the studio — reminding us all that a little bit of furry affection can make any day brighter.
