Returns Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Return

2. We’ll confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.

3. Return the item to our studio or via post (address provided upon approval).

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty).

Exchanges

• If you received a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days for an exchange or full refund.
